Flipbook
2004 Dimensions: 5 x 9.5 inches
Printed on vellum, this flipbook explores how concrete and dense forms can transform into loose and aerated collections of geometric shapes. Black and white images reveal how a city reduces into an open and ambiguously spaced flow of light. The red on white pages diagram the movement of people on the street. Although the city conjures up images of congestion, these pages attempt to reflect an alternative view of the urban space.
